Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

Welcome to Fair Weather Society (the "App"), operated by HoneyWired LLC ("HoneyWired", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and HoneyWired. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HoneyWired grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store guidelines. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by HoneyWired.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• Certain features (e.g., subscriptions) require an Apple ID and acceptance of Apple's terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any accounts, passwords, or devices used to access the App.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription to remove ads:

• Product Name: Remove Ads
• Duration: 1 month
• Price: $0.99 per month (may vary by region)
• Benefits: Removes all advertisements from the App

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds for partial periods.

4. End User License (EULA)

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is governed by Apple's Standard EULA:

By installing or using the App, you also agree to Apple’s EULA.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, code, trademarks, and logos in the App are owned by HoneyWired or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of the App without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. HoneyWired disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyWired will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, for any disputes arising under these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
